The Urban Renewal Agency is working to prepare the ground for the construction of the go-kart track at the site of the former Admiral Benbow Inn on East Harding Avenue.
On Thursday, Ryan Watley, the CEO of Go Forward Pine Bluff was a guest on the Oldies 1013 morning show and talked about the proposed construction.
Morning show host Greg Horne told Watley that it was his understanding that there would be a restaurant in the building and Watley responded this way.
Construction is expected to start in early October.
