At a meeting of the Rosswood Homeowners Association Sunday, residents spoke up about their opposition to a proposed low-income housing development in their neighborhood.
Among those residents was Darrell Evans, who is the assistant band director at UAPB.
Also at the meeting was Michael Mason, who is associated with the developer and told those attending he would take their concerns to the developer.
