Irvin McDonald, 64, is wanted for leaving the scene of an accident (a felony) that occurred on Monday, Dec. 22, at South Ohio Street and East 38th Avenue
McDonald is a Black male who stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds.
His last known address was 1504 E. 42nd Ave. in Pine Bluff.
