Pine Bluff Police Seek Suspect in Dillard’s Robbery and Assault on Elderly Security Guard

UPDATE: The 79-year-old security guard who was injured during a Dillard’s robbery has been released from the hospital and is back at work. 

PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Brandy Davis, 46, is wanted in connection with a robbery and second-degree battery that occurred on Dec. 26, 2025, at Dillard’s, 2901 Pines Mall Drive.

During the robbery, Davis struck a 79-year-old male security guard multiple times, causing severe injuries. The man remains hospitalized.

Employees told the PBPD that they observed Davis filling an empty bag with merchandise, then briefly standing in line before ducking toward the exit without paying for the items.

Two employees and the security guard attempted to stop her at the exit, but she reportedly became violent, knocking down one female employee and the guard.

Employees said they initially told Davis they would not involve the police if she returned the items or paid for them, but she refused.
