The Pine Bluff Police Department Detective office is asking for assistance locating 37-year-old Brandon Collins.
Collins is about 6′ 0″ tall and weighs around 180 lbs. He is wanted for Battering 2nd Degree and was last known to live in the 300 block of West 19th in Pine Bluff.
