Reading from an affidavit by Detective Jason Boykin, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said on Jan. 13, a police officer was sent to 2000 block of Woodgate Lane in response to a reported aggravated robbery.

Alexander said police recovered a black backpack in the area where Price fell.

Price was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court March 2.
