A $10,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man on a drug related allegation.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Marshall Burnham, 54, with possession of a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance more than 10 grams but less than 200 grams, and with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

The allegations were based on an affidavit by Arkansas State Trooper Nathan Jines that was presented in court by Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin.

Burnham was told to come back to court July 16.
