A $5,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man accused of assaulting a woman.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge David Curry, 62, with aggravated assault and second-degree domestic battery.
Chief Deputy Prosecutor Jill Reed said on Thursday, police were sent to Jefferson Regional Hospital for a battery report.
Curry was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim and told to come back to court July 21.
