Pine Bluff Man Faces Charges and $25k Bond After Armed Disturbance Incident

A $25,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man previously convicted of several felonies after police saw him holding a gun after a reported armed disturbance.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Frank Clark Jr., 50, with being a felon in possession of a firearm and misdemeanor fleeing.

The allegations are based on an affidavit from Pine Bluff Police Detective Jason Boykin.

Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said on Tuesday afternoon, police were sent to South Maple Street in response to the reported armed disturbance.

Clark was told to come back to court July 16.
