Pine Bluff Man Faces $25k Bond for Alleged Shooting Incident

A $25,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of firing shots at a vehicle during an altercation Tuesday.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Perry Oliver, 53, with committing a terroristic act.

During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin explained the allegation against Oliver.

Oliver was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told come back to court July 2.
