A $1,500 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of hitting an elderly cousin causing injuries.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Michael Branson Jr., 21, with second-degree domestic battery.
Chief Deputy Prosecutor Jill Reed explained the allegation against Branson.
Branson was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Dec. 3.
