A $10,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man accused of stealing laundry detergent from Super 1 Foods, then telling a person in his vehicle to “get my pistol.”

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Willie Oglesby, 61, with aggravated robbery.

During the court hearing, a deputy prosecutor said on Saturday at 10:15 a.m., police were sent to Super 1 Foods at 2127 Camden Road in response to a reported disturbance.

Police ran the license plate of the vehicle through the Arkansas Crime Information Center database and learned that the vehicle was registered to Oglesby.

Oglesby was ordered to have no contact with the employees at Super 1 and told to come back to court Jan. 6, 2026.
