Recent reports that there has not been a juvenile homicide in Pine Bluff in more than 500 days has people touting the success of the GVI (Gang Violence Intervention) initiative.
On the Oldies 1013 Morning Show, Pine Bluff School District Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree was asked about GVI and how much involvement it has in the district and how much work is being done.
Morning Show host Greg Horne told Barbaree that it was obvious that GVI has had some success.
Barbaree then went on to say this.
