A $15,000 bond was set Monday for a man accused of stealing a vehicle Friday.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge John Walton, 38, with theft of property.
During the court hearing, Deput Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said on Friday, police were sent to Sulphur Springs Road in reference to a reported stolen vehicle.
Walton was told to come back to court Sept. 8.
