A Jefferson County woman arrested Tuesday after allegedly threatening her father was ordered to have no contact with him after a court appearance Wednesday.
Jody Alford was released on her own recognizance after Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney ruled prosecutors have probable cause to charge her with second-degree domestic battery and terroristic threatening.
A deputy prosecutor explained the allegation and said the victim is 68-years old.
Alford was ordered to come back to court Nov. 24.
