October 30, 2025, Jefferson County, AR – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is today publishing the addresses of all Level 3 and Level 4 sex offenders currently registered in Jefferson County pursuant to the Arkansas Sex Offender Registration Act, A.C.A. § 12-12-901. This information is being released in the interest of public safety and to equip parents, guardians, and caregivers with the tools they need to make informed decisions about where their children go during Halloween and other community activities.

Level 3 and Level 4 offenders are individuals who have been assessed as presenting a higher risk to reoffend. For that reason, these individuals should not participate in any Halloween related activities. That includes handing out candy, placing decorations designed to attract children to the residence, hosting or attending events where children are present, or having any contact with children who are not part of their approved household or supervision plan.

My mission as sheriff has always been clear. I will protect our children from sexual predators. That means enforcing the law, holding offenders accountable for their conditions of registration, and providing the public with accurate information when the law allows it. Public safety is not about fear. It is about awareness, prevention, and partnership between law enforcement and the people we serve.

I am asking all parents and guardians to review the published list and to speak with your children about safe trick or treating, staying with a trusted adult, and avoiding houses that are not well lit or that you do not personally know. Deputies will be out in our neighborhoods to help ensure compliance.

Anyone who has questions about a specific address, a specific offender, or about how to report a suspected violation may contact the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. If you see a registered Level 3 or Level 4 offender participating in Halloween activities in violation of their conditions, notify us immediately.

Protecting children in Jefferson County is not seasonal. It is our daily assignment.
