A $50,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Jefferson County man accused of breaking into an apartment in White Hall Monday and allegedly having drugs in his possession.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Keaney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Brandon Goodloe, 39, with felony criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.

The allegations are based on an affidavit by White Hall Police Sgt. Charles Treadway.

According to that affidavit, at 8:20 a.m., White Hall Police responded to an alleged home invasion.

Goodloe is currently on probation in Pulaski County.

He was ordered to have no contact with the victims and told to come back to court Feb. 4.
