Earlier this week, a special circuit judge, hearing a lawsuit filed against Jefferson County Judge Gerald Robinson accusing him of wrongfully without holding the pay of an employee in the circuit clerk’s office ruled Robinson was correct in his action.

Robinson contended that Morgan Tillman, the daughter of Circuit Clerk Gloria Tillman was working illegally and violated a county ordinance against nepotism.
