Wednesday is United Way Day on Oldies 1013 and this week Jason Duren of the United Way was joined by Tavante Calhoun, CEO and President of the Boys and Girls Club of Jefferson County.
Now that school has started back, Calhoun was asked if things were going well at the various sites?
Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Calhoun what the kids are doing and he answered this way.
Before Calhoun began, Duren mentioned that the United Way Day of Service is coming up and explained the plans.
The Day of Service will be Friday, Sept. 20th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
