Pine Bluff Detectives are asking the public for assistance in location 21-year-old Marquis Latrael Sission (pictured). Sission is a black male, 5’9” in height, black hair (dreadlocks) and brown eyes. His last known address is 9510 Highway 270, White Hall, Arkansas, 71602.
Sission is wanted for Capital Murder, in connection with the death of Vincent Peal Jr., on October 22, 2023, at 200 N. University. Sission should be considered ARMED and DANGEROUS

While police look for Sission, Prosecuting Attorney S. Kyle Hunter dropped capital murder charges against three men arrested Sunday who were initially linked to the death of Peal.
Henry McAllister, 29, Jaheim Ramsey, 21, and Cordareyll Daniels, 22, are still facing charges of three counts of first-degree battery, violation of the uniform machine gun act, terroristic act, aggravated assault, and engaging in a violent criminal act. McAllister and Ramsey are also charged with felony fleeing.
Bonds for the three men have been set at $250,000 cash only.
