Kaitlyn Ann Raines
Deltaplex News has learned that 23-year-old Kaitlyn Ann Raines has been arrested by the Warren Police Department for two counts of rape and computer exploitation of a child.
Raines is a former employee of the Warren School District.
She was arrested on Tuesday by the Warren Police Department and Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.
