Political newcomer William Fells, who has spent the last four years working with Mayor Shirley Washington is headed to the Pine Bluff City Council. Fells defeated Glen Brown, Sr. in the Tuesday election to represent Ward 3. He joined Rick Walker on Sunrise Deltaplex and was asked if he felt confident about the vote and what he thought made the difference
Rick asked if getting rid of some of the blight in his ward is important
Fells said he was surprised by the Mayoral vote but was proud of the work she did
