One person was killed and two others injured in a single vehicle accident at Tucker in the early morning hours Wednesday.
According to a preliminary report, a 2014 Nissan Frontier driven by Tommy Roach, 54, of England was northbound on Carlee Road when Roach apparently lost control of the vehicle which ran off the road and struck a culvert.
Roach was killed and two passengers in the vehicle, Marsha Abeyta, 36, of Stuttgart and an unidentified juvenile were injured and taken to hospitals in Stuttgart and Little Rock.
The accident was reported on Carlee Road and Sell Davis Road at 5:54 a.m. and the death was the 449th so far this year on the state’s highways.
