While many of the businesses around Southeast Arkansas will be shut down for the Christmas holidays, the Saracen Casino and soon to be Resort will be fully operational.
Chief Market Officer Carlton Saffa talked about that when he appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Wednesday.
Saffa went on to talk about why, in the recent past, major movies would frequently be released Christmas Day.
