A Pine Bluff police officer was arrested Thursday night on a charge of third-degree domestic battering, according to jail records obtained by Deltaplex News.
Records show 27-year-old Damian Durham was booked into the W.C. “Dub” Brassell Detention Center at 11:24 p.m. Thursday. He was released on bond late Friday morning at 11:18 a.m.
Deltaplex News contacted the Pine Bluff Police Department seeking comment, but officials declined to provide information and said that any details would need to be obtained through the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act. A FOIA request has been submitted.
