Victor Parks, 19, is wanted for first degree criminal mischief and aggravated assault in connection with an incident that occurred on Oct. 12, 2025, at the intersection of West 32nd Avenue and South Mulberry Street.
Parks is a black male who stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
His last known address was at 6720 Dollarway Rd., Apt 27.
