Councilmember Lanette Frazier
Appearing on Talk Back Live on Wednesday, Third Ward Pine Bluff City Council member Lanette Frazier announced she would be seeking another four-year term.
Host Floyd Donald asked Frazier what would be some of her priorities if she was reelected and she answered this way.
