With the introduction of the Bell to Bell No Cell legislation in schools around the state, kids who have been used to spending a lot of their time on their phones are now having to face a new challenge, learning to communicate with each other in person.

Pine Bluff School District Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree told Morning show host Greg Horne last month that she had seen some of that happening as she went around to schools in the district.

However, Barbaree said there is still work to be done when she appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show which was hosted by Jennifer Lipp and Will Jenkins Tuesday. They were filling in for Horne who had to leave the state.

Jenkins suggested fining the parents and Barbaree responded this way.
