A $15,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man on drug related charges.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Joshua Battles, 35, with possession of a controlled substance Schedule 6 with purpose to deliver, possession of a controlled substance Schedule 2, and possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine or cocaine.
Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said the allegations are based on an affidavit from the Arkansas State Police.
Akel said Battles has four prior felony convictions. He was told to come back to court Sept. 8.
