Reading from an affidavit by Pine Bluff Police Detective Dante Nicholson, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said police were sent to a residence off Rayburn Road in response to a reported armed disturbance.

Akel said police ran the gun through the National Crime Information Center database and found that it had been reported stolen in Patterson, Texas in 2022.

Withers was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court July 14.
