The potential downsizing of the Pine Bluff Arsenal has generated opposition from members of the Arkansas Congressional Delegation, including Senators Tom Cotton and John Boozman, and Congressman Bruce Westerman.
Boozman spoke to Deltaplex News and provided this update.
He went on to say that the senators told Army representatives they expect to see that report.
The Senator was asked what the thought process was for this, was it to get rid of arsenals all together, go to private contractors of what since it seems like ammunition is what the military needs.
