A $2,500 bond was set Monday for a Lincoln County woman currently on probation who was arrested for an alleged theft at Walmart Saturday.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jessica Garrison, 38, with theft of property.
Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said at 9:12 p.m., Sgt. Shy of the Pine Bluff Police Department was working off duty in loss prevention at Walmart.
Spradlin said Garrison has three prior felony convictions and is on probation in Lincoln County. She was told to come back to court June 23.
