Pine Bluff Fire and Emergency Services Chief Shauwn Howell was a guest of the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Friday to talk about his departments activity for last month and brought up the fire Aug. 11 at the abandoned Victory Baptist Church at 507 W. 6th Ave.
“The main thing was that nobody got hurt,” Howell said.
Morning Show host Greg Horne, reacting to Howell’s referring to the building as abandoned said “we’ve got to do something about these abandoned buildings.”
