State Representative Mike Holcomb of Pine Bluff said Tuesday the state’s budget has increased every year because of a growing economy, particularly in Northwest Arkansas. Holcomb was a guest on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show.

Reacting to Holcomb saying he was a highway man, Morning Show host Greg Horne talked about the freeway that was built between Alma and Rogers. “That place exploded,” Horne said.
