Congratulations to Mrs. Kendria Jones, Pine Bluff Jr High teacher, for being named one of Rack Room Shoes’ Teacher of the Year! Ms. Jones was one of five teachers who received the most votes. Students and/or their parents nominated teachers from all across the United States that have made a positive impact in their lives. Nominations were received and Rack Room customers voted for their favorite teachers March 18th through April 5th.
As one of the top five winners, Pine Bluff Junior High School will receive a $10,000 Technology Grant and as the winning teacher she will receive a $500 Rack Room Shoes gift card.
She will be officially recognized by Kevin Collins, Rack Room Shoes District Manager, Judy Hemphill, parent and Assistant Principal Thaddeus Pearson on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 10:00 am on the campus of Pine Bluff Jr High, 2602 Fluker Street.
