Pine Bluff Mayor Shirley Washington was a guest on Oldies 1013 Monday as we wrapped up interviews with the candidates whose name will appear on the March 5 Democratic primary ballot. Washington is seeking a third term and Morning Show host Greg Horne asked her why.
In her response, Washington mentioned projects not completed and Horne asked her to identify those projects.
Horne said he thought individuals should be involved in building houses instead of the government doing it and Washington responded this way.
