Ryan Watley, CEO of Go Forward PB discussed the apartment complex being built at 6th Avenue and Convention Center Drive

On Wednesday, ground was broken for an apartment complex at 6th Avenue and Convention Center Drive.

The land had been obtained by the Pine Bluff Urban Renewal Agency and on Thursday, Ryan Wately, the CEO of Go Forward Pine Bluff appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show and was asked to elaborate on the project.

Morning show host Greg Horne asked Watley who is going to be doing the construction and who will own the apartments when they are completed.

Wately said Cedar Creek Development will be building the 26-to-30-unit apartments and they will be rented at market rate. Horne then asked him to explain market rate.

He was also asked how nice these apartments are going to be and answered this way.
