An Oklaona man arrested Thursday will have to post a $5,000 bond to be released from the adult detention center while prosecutors prepare drug related charges against him.

Following a court hearing Friday, Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney ruled prosecutors have probable cause to charge Craig Brazil, 33, with felony possession of methamphetamine or cocaine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reading from an affidavit by White Hall Police Maj. Mickey Buffkin, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West explained the allegations against Brazil.

Brazil said he would hire his own attorney and was told to come back to court Nov. 1.
