A Pine Bluff man currently on probation was arrested Monday after he was allegedly involved in a domestic altercation.

Clayborne Cosen, 62, was placed on probation in 2019 after being convicted of second-degree domestic battery, Deputy Prosecutor Mircha King said during a probable cause hearing Tuesday.

Reading from an affidavit from Detective Keith Banks, King told the court what Cosen is accused of doing.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $30,000 cash-only bond for Cosen after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with a second offense of third-degree domestic battery. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim until the case is settled and told to come back to court on March 15.
