On September 3, 2020 Officers of the Pine Bluff Police Department were dispatched to 3101 Lilac in reference to a shooting.
Once officers arrived on scene, they found 69 year old Horace Harrington outside of the residence.
Harrington was pronounced deceased on the scene.
18-year-old Vernon McCraney has been booked into Jefferson County Jail for 1st Degree Murder.
