Go Forward Pine Bluff CEO Ryan Watley on Thursday said while he and others administer the day-to-day activities, it is a “citizens plan.”
Appearing on the Oldies 1013 morning show, Watley said this.
Morning show host Greg Horne asked Watley about the Public Private partnership aspect of the plan and particularly the involvement of the Walton Foundation which has contributed money because they saw that Pine Bluff wants to help itself.
Horne said the Walton Foundation is not going to give its money to (council members) Steven Mays and Glen Brown Sr.) but will give it to Go Forward Pine Bluff.
