The Pine Bluff Police Department responded to a shootingat 33rd & Hazel at approximately 6 p.m. Monday afternoon.
Upon arrival, officers found 38-year-old Elvis Kendal with gunshot wounds inside of a vehicle.
He was transported to Jefferson Regional Medical Center where he later died of his injuries.
