Wednesday on the Oldies 1013 morning show is United Way Day and Executive Director Leslie Dorn joined to discuss her upcoming retirement set for September.

Morning show host Greg Horne asked Dorn about her plans after serving twenty-three years with United Way.

Horne then went on to ask about the process of finding a replacement for Dorn mentioning that a lot of people assume that Jason Duren would be the next in line.

Dorn went on to specify that the United Way local board would be orchestrating the hiring process and she will not be involved in that process.

On another subject, Dorn brought Linda Bateman the Director of the Dolly Partons Imagination Library to discuss their program in Pine Bluff.

Bateman was asked to explain the Imagination Library.

Horne mentioned that this program is important for the Pine Bluff community and Bateman went on to elaborate on that.

Bateman was then asked about how parents can register to receive books for their children.
