A White Hall woman and a Grady man were killed in separate traffic accidents Saturday.
According to preliminary reports, Jasmine Miller, 28, was southbound om I-530 at the 4-mile marker when the 2019 Ford Fusion she was driving left the roadway, struck a tree and caught fire. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
That accident was reported at 2:29 a.m.
Also Saturday, Devonte Darrough, 25, of Grady died when the Yamaha ATV he was riding was struck by a 2013 Toyota Rav 4 that had been southbound on U.S. Highway 65 at State Highway 18 near Winchester in Drew County.
After impact, Darrough was thrown off the ATV and was pronounced dead at the scene.
That accident was reported at 6:18 p.m.
