Twenty twenty-one has introduced a lot of interesting technological developments and technology has become an essential part of our day-to-day lives. The Generator, an Innovation Hub by GoForward Pine Bluff, recently talked with Deltaplex News about their process and some of the interesting technology they have to offer to participants in relation to economic development in Pine Bluff. 

The Generator’s mission, according to their website, is to empower makers, dreamers, and doers that generate a thriving and inclusive community by providing space, tools, and programs to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship. Some of what they already have to offer includes 3D Printers, laptops, and other ideas underway including a green screen stage set-up for pod-cast filming, drones that film, and more technological equipment to help participants create. Turley discussed a historical gym that is located in their attic that will be used for activities and more,

After being asked how The Generator can gain the budget needed to gather the equipment needed for these activities including the drone, Turley said, 

The Generator is currently hosting their Building Digital Skills Forward 2021 program, designed to introduce participants 6th-12th grade, to a broad range of digital, virtual, and physical technologies. This program has three summer sessions: June 14-July 2, July 5- July 23, July 26-August 13. Turley explained how he wants the summer program to influences participants to come year-round,
