Wednesday is United Way Day on Oldies 1013 and this week, Alexia Harris and Helen Barajas from the Children’s Advocacy Center joined Jennifer Lipp and Wil Jenkins.
Harris said they participated in the National Night Out event sponsored by the Police Department on Tuesday and will be on hand for back-to-school events at a couple of local churches later in the week.
Jennifer Lipp, who was filling in for Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Harris about their role at the events and she responded this way.
Lipp then asked how they address safety for teenagers.
