A Star City man, who posted Youtube videos about how to train dogs to attack, has been arrested after a pack of dogs mauled his cousin to death last year. 48 year old Scott McCool was booked into the Lincoln County Detention Center on a manslaughter charge in connection to the death of James McCool back in October.
