As Southeast Arkansas College prepares to begin its athletic programs this fall, construction is continuing on the dormitories those athletes will live in.
On Thursday, SEARK President Dr. Stephen Bloomberg was a guest on the Oldies 1013 morning show and talked about those dorms.
Morning show host Greg Horne asked Blomberg how many student athletes will be living in those dorms and Bloomberg answered this way.
Horne then said that it will be a big step for SEARK to have people living on campus.
“Security will obviously be a big issue because there will be people there (at SARK) all the time,” Horne said and Bloomberg responded this way.
