On October 27, 2023, at approximately 7:45 P.M., officers were dispatched to 1313 East Harding Avenue (Fast Mart), in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers noticed a black male, identified as 28-year-old, Brandon Wade, lying on the ground, in the parking lot, with an apparent gunshot wound. Responding officers provided medical attention to Wade until EASI Ambulance Service, Inc. arrived on scene. Wade was transported to Jefferson Regional Medical Center (JRMC) for non-life-threatening injuries.
Pine Bluff Detectives arrived on scene and through their investigation they identified 23-year-old, Henry Raymond Arnold Jr., as the person responsible for shooting Wade after an altercation ensued inside the business.
Detectives are asking the public for assistance in locating Arnold who is approximately 5’6” in height, 185 IBS, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is 5305 West Malcomb Street, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Arnold should be considered ARMED and DANGEROUS, due to a firearm being used in this incident.
