Pine Bluff Police Department is working the city’s 26th homicide of the year, which happened at 2202 West 10th Avenue at 12:20 p.m.
Officials were called in reference to a medical call, when 69-year-old Richard “Dickie” Ratliff was found unresponsive inside of an apartment. Ratliff was later pronounced deceased.
There is a reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of any suspect or suspects.
